  2. Hey Mister Meatball. Love the blog. I just got back from Arthur Ave. where the parma prosciutto meister gave me a bag of trimmings from a fresh ham. Lots of white fat, plus jerky-like stuff from the edges that they were going to throw out. But now I have it! I know I can do some magic with it, I just don't know what. Any suggestions?

  3. Well, since we're talking pasta here I'd say use the fatty stuff for that: saute it with some garlic and hot pepper in lots of olive oil, maybe a little onion too. Makes a nice quick dish. As for the hard ends, that's, well, tougher. Maybe throw in a pot of soup or beans. Good luck.

  6. This is so beautiful and I’m sure it’s all super delicious! Pasta takes only about 15 minutes to prepare so very fast and simple… and u make a lot of different recipes with pasta
